The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine (for pods), toaster, digital TV in the living room and in each bedroom. The equipment is comes with: American placemats, a set of pots and pans, colanders, plates and glasses, dishes, ladles and scoops, can openers, corkscrews, potato peelers, knives and cutting boards, everything you need for breakfasts, lunches and dinners.

In each bathroom there is a courtesy kit (conditioner, shower gel and soap), a hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers.

The apartment has an iron and ironing board.

Comfortable pied-à-terre of 49 square meters for 2 people, completely renovated in 2019 and furnished with designer furniture and accessories. It is located on the ground floor of a historic building from the 1600s and is located near the church of San Giovanni e Paolo and the Scuola Grande di San Marco, which can be reached in a few minutes on foot from both Rialto and San Marco.

The apartment comes with a kitchen complete with oven and dishwasher. In the living area, there is a completely transparent table together with colorful Victoria chairs by Kartell and a floral Bloom lamp in matching shades.
The sleeping area, with refined accessories, is characterized by an enveloping Flou bed for two people and a bathroom with shower. Conveniences also include adjustable air conditioning in every room, satellite TV, and free Wifi. A washer and dryer are available on the ground floor of the building.

From Marco Polo airport:

Go to the landing stage at the airport and find the blue line called Alilaguna, to take the water bus to Venice and get off at the third stop called “Ospedale”.
